Longboard surf contest at Martinique Beach

The first ever “Why Can’t We All Just Get A Longboard” Contest will take place on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Martinique Beach.
The contest is being presented by Happy Dudes Surf Emporium and the Surfing Association of Nova Scotia (SANS) and sponsored by Quicksilver/Roxy.
The contest will feature men’s and women’s divisions and possibly a masters’ division. Those who would like to participate can sign up at Martinique Beach at 9 a.m. on the day of the contest. Cost to enter is $20.
Following the contest, there will be a barbecue at the Happy Dudes Martinique location.

Hi, to who ever reads this message. I’m Corey, and I’m writing this message to let some one here at SANS know that I’m interested in helping out with the Surf Contest at Martinique Beach on August 21st. I could help set up the Prize Table, or I could take pictures, or maybe I could do both. I would really be interested doing some thing to help out, with the Surf Contest. I’ll be coming down some time around August 21st. So, I’ll be around at either the Lawerence town Beach Happy Dudes Location, or the Martinique Bach Location of Happy Dudes. And if it’s possible, I would like to have Surf Lesson with one of the Competitors. Any way, I’ll go for now. Have a pleasant Evening, and catch a wave. Corey Hansen.
