  1. Corey Hansen says:

Hi, to who ever reads this e-mail. My name’s Corey, and I’m writing to ask if any one of the SANS will be at Lawerencetown Beach this week end. The reason why I’m writing is because I’ll be going to Lawerencetown this week end to do some Surfing. And, I’m wondering if I could Surf with some of the other SANS Members at Lawerencetown Beach. I’ll be staying at Happy Dudes Camp Ground. I’d be happy if I could hook up with any of the Members. Also, I’d be interested in helping out with the Annual Nova Scotia Surf Cup on Labour Day week end. Any way, I hope to hear from you soon. Have a nice day. Sincerely, Corey Hansen.

  2. Just wondering if you’re interested in collaborating with local artists for the annual September Storm Surf Classic 2010 (and years beyond) poster design. Some of the coolest surf comp posters are designed using an artist’s finery!

I’m a local oil painter, and along with photographer Yazzy Ouhilal, we’re the only two ‘surf artists’ in NS that I’m aware of, and are both featured international surf artists on

I’d love it if you checked out my paintings on my blog , or better yet, in person at this Saturday’s Seaforth Market~ Local Artist Series. One of my paintings just might be a perfect fit for the 2010 poster artwork!
